14 Microcapsules at the 2023 WCQI Community Spotlight

The 14 Microcapsules: Teaching Quality Tools in Quick and Easy Steps Using Healthcare Application-Based Approach will be presented by Graciela Perez, Grace Duffy, and Rowena Sano as a Community Spotlight at the 2023 WCQI in Philadelphia, on Monday, May 8, 2023, 11:55 AM - 12:10 PM.

The 15-minute presentation will highlight the innovative approach by the HCD’s Education and Teaching Committee in collaboration with the Quality Management Division (QMD). Microcapsules of 14 quality tools were developed in quick and easy steps with examples from the healthcare setting.
