All: Since retirement a few years ago, I've had the time to consider some things I also wrote down a few years ago which might still be pertinent to helping the quality profession and demonstrating that it is important to our world. I'm particularly interested in the part which I call, "Is this Quality?". Maybe you have some other examples showing how few people really understand what quality is.
