Hi Folks,
I'm currently part of a municipal team in year 2 of their LSS journey. What are really great examples of local government Continuous Improvement Programs? Where can I find some shining beacons to connect with and benchmark against?
Thanks in advance!

The momentum of national public health accreditation has produced a TON of incredible resources related to performance management/quality improvement. Health departments, being under the executive branch, have a unique experience with this as a government agency but also as an outcome focused field. I'd recommend exploring sample tools, guidance documents and state examples on the ASTHO website (Association of State/Territorial Organizations). I work in this field and am glad to chat more if you'd like.

I'll check it out. Health accreditation has certainly been tested in the last 14 months and the next renewal cycle will challenge many companies.
Thanks!!
