Upon retiring after ten years as Quality Director for Cleveland
Clinic Children's, Allan has begun to leverage his skills and
experience to improve government effectiveness and
accountability. Allan has a 30-year track record of developing
and implementing processes designed to improve performance,
increase efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, reduce cost,
and increase customer satisfaction in a wide range of industries
and functional areas. Allan is a long-time member of ASQ. He is
an ASQ certified Six Sigma Champion, a Six Sigma Black Belt, and
a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ).
