Hi Jarrod,
I would be happy to do a webinar on the Department of Energy's 5001 Ready recognition program. This is a self-attestation program for companies interested in complying to the basics of the ISO 50001:2018 energy management standard, but not interested in actual certification to the standard. This is a good first step for companies interested in stepping up their energy management system beyond an energy team and project-focused energy efficiency capital investments. Advantages from an organization's point of view include (1) 50001 Ready is free to access (2) there are over 100 free supporting documents on line to help organizations interested in recognition (3) there is an online project management tool called The Navigator (4) free support is available from DoE staff (5) the organization seeking recognition does not have to share any proprietary information with the DoE. Basically it is a win-win all the way around for the organization, for the DoE, and for energy management and sustainable energy goals for the country as a whole.
Let me know what you think.

Mark,
Sounds like a great idea! I've tagged a few of our council members to get their input. What do you think guys?
