CNC Validation approach

Hello,

All my experience in equipment validation is in custom assembly automation dedicated to a single part/device and injection molding. The OQ portion was rather straight forward since there were plenty of High/Low scenarios with all the different adjustable parameters. In my new role I need to validate “off the shelf” CNC mills and lathes that make multiple different parts on the same equipment. I am struggling to come up with an efficient approach to validating this equipment. The G code is developed for the tool paths, put in the machine and it runs. There are not adjustable parameters to establish process windows around for OQ. Does anyone have experience validating CNC equipment that could provide some insight. 3D printing would fall into this same scenario.
