Excited to be a new member of ASQ and the FD&C Division. I've been in the quality and manufacturing business for a long time and have just reprioritized my memberships. I'm interested in FDA compliance and employee behavior.

Hi:
I focus on auditing and leave the FDA Compliance generating and establishing up to others who are more current than I am.
Employee behavior is what it is. depending on definitions. Good luck on your new challenge.

Nice to 'meet' you, Bob. Well, we all have our different roles and that's a good thing. One amazing thing that we have found with employee behavior is that simple measurements and recognition of success does wonders.
