I'm looking to benchmark with an innovative company, that has been successful at streamlining their New Product Development process, moving away from rigid tollgates to a more agile set of processes. We currently use Agile for our digital development, however when it comes to our system level solution (hardware, firmware, software integrated solutions), that gets a little tricky.
