I am wondering how others are handling supplier audits right now. Are you using eAuditng Techniques? Subbing in Supplier Self-Assessments? A combination? I usually do one supplier a quarter, but I have already missed the second quarter and the third is almost up. I would love to hear some ideas.

Hi Tony,
From my experience eAuditing, is what is been used during this COVID-19 era. Technology has come in handy for doing an audit through videos, teleconference, pictures etc. I will suggest that, before you visit a supplier site for an audit, Please verify how many COVID-19 cases have they had and their methods that are in place in at the facility to combat the spread. Good luck..
