Sean Wang is a Continuous Improvement and Quality professional with experience gained in several industries including Oil & Gas, Chemical Process Industries and EPC. Sean has developed and implemented practical continuous improvement and quality applications for effective problem solving and to sustain improvement results. Currently, Sean is working as Sr Advisor Continuous Improvement at Cenovus Down Stream. Sean is also a senior ASQ member and Program and Membership chair for the ASQ Calgary section.

Please join us for " RAMS -- A Value Stream Analysis for Oil & Gas and Process Industries", hosted by Sean Wang and Dr. Paul Tu. This seminar will introduce RAMS, RAMS Analysis is Reliability Availability and Maintainability and Safety analysis for an Asset system. RAMS analysis is the basis of complex asset system performance analysis. For a complete understanding of the performance index of a system such as the condition of equipment, the reliability, availability, production efficiency and maintenance. One of the most beneficial analyses to carry out at a system level and component level is a RAMS analysis. RAMS analysis defines and visualizes the asset value chain. RAMS analysis is also the basis of asset digitalization for production planning and operation optimization for Industry 4.0.
