About the speaker
Donald Kehoe is a Senior Process Excellence Consultant with Alberta Health Services in Edmonton, AB. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the Royal Military College of Canada, an MBA from the University of Alberta and an MSc in Quality Management from Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti, MI.
Don has over 15 years of experience in the Quality profession spanning several roles at various organizations across Canada. Before entering the Quality world, Don spent 10 years as an Air Traffic Controller in the RCAF.
A Senior Member of ASQ, Don currently holds 8 ASQ certifications and is part of the CQIA Exam Committee. In addition to his ASQ certifications, Don also holds three certifications from IASSC, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from BMGI and a PROSCI-Certified Change Management Practitioner.
In addition to his membership in ASQ, Don is also a member of the Project Management Institute, the Association of Change Management Professionals, the International Society for Performance Improvement, and the Change Management Institute.
