During the 2019 WCQI, SRTC surveyed attendees at our booth in the exhibit hall asking what topics would they like more information on. Over 60% specified CSR as the topic of most interest. It is reported that a study in 2015 found organizations that committed themselves to adopting CSR experienced substantial performance and profitability compared to organizations that didn't. The study also revealed that CSR-engaged companies had higher engagement and retention levels across their workforces and offered better service to their customers. Are any of you involved in CSR activities in your company? How is Quality involved in those CSR efforts?
