Dear Ann Arbor ASQ Members,

In the interests of continual improvement, the Ann Arbor section is performing a Voice of the Customer (VoC) survey that we would like all members to participate in. The survey should take 5-10 minutes to complete, and will provide valuable information for the section leadership to use in planning section activities.
