Hello! This is Don Wright / Arrangements Chair for Ann Arbor Section.
I'm going to open up the March 1 meeting 'early' (5:30 PM) to allow people to come in unmuted and to network. I also changed the WebEx to allow all participants to see the entire participant's list.
The risk: 1) Everyone is coming in hot / unmuted. It can get conflicted. 2) They said that allowing participants to see each other is band-width expensive. We will see if the soup-cans-on-a-string internet here in Whitmore will carry it. 3) Not much time allowed yet. We're trying to figure it out. I suggest connecting first with Chat text.

Looking forward to trying this out and other ideas to connect in remote ways! Funny way to warn us about what could happen, Don lol :D
