CEQI has completed a best practices election operations model, and is making it available for testing and use by U.S. election officials and by quality professionals. The model defines nine critical areas for management focus in the conduct of elections, and activities and action suggested for success in each. It also offers suggested outcomes, requirements, and measures relevant to each. Please note that the model complies with the ASQ/ANSI:2021 G1 Standard.
