A website was recently created to reduce contamination issues at a factory. It was developed by a local manufacturer here in Portland. His window factory makes high efficiency windows, and they are still up and running. He implemented some cleaning practices based on Lean methods, and is trying to share it with any company that needs help. He has some FREE templates and a guide that anyone can download and use. Aside from just the COVID virus, these methods are effective for reducing employee absenteeism and sickness during the regular influenza season.
