Why do I constantly receive this error message after embedding a video from the Phoenix Section's YouTube channel?

The platform is letting you know that they aren't able to retrieve a thumbnail picture for the video. Here's the difference:
The 'no thumbnail' videos have the person icon. I haven't figured out yet how to set a video thumbnail.
