A cornerstone of the lean journey is 5S. If a widespread, top-down culture is established, additional lean initiatives have a much better chance for success. There are several benefits to implementing a 5S audit program in which everyone is on the same level of the organization chart.

Link does not work. Get an

instead of Chrome and it worked once I logged into ASQ.
