Erie ASQ 0809 had a terrific speaker a few months back--Dr. Gleb Tsipursky; Gleb shared a great white paper with me regarding returning to the workplace. I thought it might be helpful to share it. He is a terrific speaker, so I'm sure he'd do a talk on it, if you desired it.

Take care all, and thanks!

I think many feel that way. I like the idea of a combo. I think companies might consider such an arrangement, perhaps taking advantage of office hotelling where staff could rotate in and out of offices instead of keeping individual offices. That would save quite a bit of money and still allow folks to have some level of in office work while allowing for some remote option.
Best,

Now my own and very humble onion , in regards to RTO or WFH has always existed , now I am not aging myself an effective organocation with empowered larder's to make the decision as FROM WHERE the action needed to take place. I fully support a place of belonging , where I hang my beautiful wife and family picture . but ….. just think for a moment this is not where the decisions / agreements etc. it a place and moment that you use to gather your thoughts and values to prepare your response ….. so in long way about a home office or a different place is just that …… food for thought
