1. I'm Dave Harry. I'm an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt trainer living in Greeneville, Tennessee U.S.A.
2. My Lean Six Sigma journey began almost 20 years ago and I have taught project management, lean, and six sigma for KPMG Consulting, Northrop Grumman, Rolls-Royce, the University of Tennessee and TMG LLC. I am also a PMI Project Management Professional (PMP®) and SME Lean Bronze Certified (LBC) and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM®). I am a Toyota Kata "Geek" and love teaching the Toyota Kata methodology to all lean professionals. I am also the Communications Chair for the ASQ Lean Enterprise Division (Please Join ASQ LED!).
3. I am presenting a recorded/on-demand session on Team Dynamics - "Can't We All Just Get Along" focusing on those vital soft skills required to work as an effective project team.
I have attended all but only one of the ASQ Lean & Six Sigma Conferences in Phoenix during the past 15 years. I am on this year's L&SS Conference Committee and know this will be a great conference -- and the good news is this year you can attend all three days in your most comfortable PJs and old slippers with your cat on your lap. What is not to like about that?.
4. My fun fact - You may have heard of the Dog Whisperer and the Horse Whisperer. Well I am the "Process Whisperer®" - I listen to the Voice of your Business Processes.
