Jayet Moon will explore equilibrating quality management and risk management through the lens of the Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycle; he will also discuss top-down and bottom-up approaches to achieve risk-based thinking for organizational success.
Jayet Moon is a Senior ASQ member and holds ASQ CQE, CSQP, and CQIA certifications. He earned a master’s degree in biomedical engineering from Drexel University in Philadelphia and is a Project Management Institute (PMI) Certified Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP). He also is a chartered quality professional in the UK (CQP-MCQI), certified risk professional (RIMS-CRMP) and Fellow of International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (FIIRSM).
