This topic is likewise a key component in the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. The presentation focuses on how to develop a systematic approach to planning and conducting education and training in the quality discipline in an organization. The presentation will help organizations consider who needs education and training in quality, what types of training should be included, and the problems that many organizations encounter when providing education and training for quality.

Hi Trish - the on-demand course does not have a working recording - no video. This is now three of the on-demand sessions that are not available to watch for today. Several others have commented as well.
