Hello HD&L Community Members,

As 2021 is winding down, we have begun preparing for next year. Part of this process involves determining which roles on our leadership team are open as we head into 2022. We identified the following openings beginning in January 2022:

• Marketing and Communications (MarComm) Chair (responsible for marketing HD&L events and publications, works with social media liaison to ensure events and information are published on social media platforms)
• Committee Members for our BOK Committee (work with BOK chair to plan content development and delivery for our BOK)
• Social Media Chair (responsible for posting division events and activities on our various social media platforms)
• Marketing Lead for Cruise (responsible for marketing upcoming HD&L Conference at Sea (occurring in October 2022) including sharing the event with other technical communities)
• Mentoring Program Co-Lead (work with current co-chair to administer HD&L's mentoring program)
  

Why volunteer? There are many reasons to get more involved in the HD&L Division Leadership Committee including:

• Work with a team who’s passionate about developing future quality leaders
• Earn RUs toward recertification
• Develop your own leadership skills
• Build your network
• Have fun!
