One of the SQD's initiative for 2020 is to develop a toolkit/manual that can be used by service based companies (think not-for-profits, or small start-ups) that are passionate about bringing an effective organization to life, but really don't know where to start. If you were able to provide these organizations with guidance, leveraging your learnings or experience, what would you tell them? Where should they start?
Our SQBOK has lots of great content, but how do we make this manageable (or bite-sized) for organizations that are new to this stuff? Where do we start?
