Starting a new position in Quality for a distributor and fabrication… Where can I find resources to assist me with the QMS and improve processes and KPIs?

Go to the IAQG, International Aerospace Quality group and look for the Supply Chain Management Handbook (SCMH). They have great topics concerning every aspect of the AS91XX QMS, including ancillary topics such as FOD prevention programs, Counterfeit part avoidance & detection, and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP).
