Question: Do any of you use a P6 schedule (or equivalent) to maintain your Quality Management System?
Context: Our Customer Service business unit (~1000 people) currently uses a P6 project schedule to maintain our Quality Management System (QMS). We were first IS0 9001:2015 certified in 2021 and the P6 schedule helped us stay organized and on track for obtaining our initial certification. As we have matured in our QMS and operationalized many of the initial schedule activities, we are looking at managing our ongoing core QMS programs via SharePoint task list. This list will allow us to leverage automated reminders for activities, automate visuals in PowerBi to replace manually generated P6 reports like completed activities, late activities, lookaheads, etc.
