What are the potential affects of using Purified Water with slightly high conductivity (ex., 5 microS/cm) when making granulation solution for an oral solid dose tablet? I have not been able to find any references for high water conductivity affects on oral solid dose products. Would stability testing (individual or total impurities, etc.) likely detect any adverse effects on the product?
