There have been many volumes written about successful leaders and their styles and warehouses
are full of books about management and management theory. So why take the time and effort to
read yet another article on the subject with such a wealth of information readily available on line
at the click of a mouse? Great question! Even with all that has been written and studied, many
people still struggle with understanding exactly what constitute leadership and what determines
great management and how we can understand when, where, and how to use each skill. In
addition, there are still many people who confuse the two and even worse, use the terms
interchangeably.
