Here’s some brutal honesty about leading change: only about one-third to one-half of all major changes in organizations actually are worth the effort. However, we get on the continuous improvement path, start to see some early successes and tend to start making changes everywhere. In fact, it can soon become ‘change for change’s sake’. If so, you are setting yourself and your organization up to fail.
