How did we move the dial in 2022? How do we need to move it in 2023?

It goes without saying that Covid was a major disruption to our quality teams' (or clients') momentum with quality management practices as a strategic driver of organizational excellence.

My discussion topic is two fold:

1) What progress did your team (or clients) make in 2022 that you are proud of?

2) What is the key focus area(s) for advancing QMS strategic contribution in 2023?
